A rifle nitrided bush inside the feeding zone makes feeding easier in order to increase the output of the extruder. Colmonoy 57 extrusion screw with adequate profile to the materials to process. Barrel 45 L/D 30 – Bi-metallic barrel with flanges for perfect coupling with the extrusion head. 4 independent temperature zones controlled by solid state relays that act on thermoregulators to keep set temperature by activating and regulating ceramic heaters, whose maximum power is 5.5 kW, and cooling fans, whose maximum cooling power is 0.9 kW. Connection to the extruders is by heated necks placed at 120° The above extruders, die and air ring are mounted on a unique design platform that includes all piping, water and all connections. The Platform is designed in order to fit into a standard lorry (maximum width 2250-mm) and to be moved by a forklift. The platform has a housing for the head that is fixed there in order to provide a complete support for the extruders, ring and head to make easier die levelling and centring operations.
