With the barest information that you can provide us with, we can customise a card-making suite that will meet your card making or card manufacturing needs, on the bases of your budget, production capacity, technical capability and card type. Whatever stage of the card making or card manufacturing business that you are, you will find our supportive environment just what you have been looking for.

There is little wonder, therefore, that our repeat-business is so exceptionally high. So strong are the personal recommendations with which new clients contact us that HRODC has no need for Mass-Media Advertising.

While the initial card machine consultancy has hitherto been free, we are a victim of our own success, wherein we are now forced to charge for our Professional Services. The reason is that we have recently been inundated with request for recommendation for a complete card machine suite. This is, in turn, having a devastating effect on our time. The cost of this service is now five hundred pounds (£500.00). For this fee:

1.      We analyse the questionnaire that we ask you to complete

2.      Analyse your card sample for machine configuration

3.      Select the most appropriate solution to your card machine needs

4.      Send you, electronically, the following information:

a.       A list of the recommended machines

b.      A description and special features of each machine that we recommend

c.       The technical specification of the recommended machines, including machine speed, substrate compatibility, substrate input sizes, product output sizes etc, where appropriate

d.      Image/s of each recommended machine

e.       Specification of the number of each machine that is needed and recommended

f.       Other essential machines needed for the card-factory, including forklift truck and hand pallet truck

g.      Air compressor specifications to  meet the consumption demands of your card factory.

h.      Individual cost of each machine

i.        Total cost of individual machines

j.        Grand total of all recommended machines

Where requested, we can also provide you with the cost of raw materials, including RFID Tags, scratch panels, magnetic stripes, UV ink, magnetic ink, including approximate coverage, where available.

In the event that our clients accept our recommendations and the recommended machines purchased from us, we will offset our ‘Professional Service Fee’, with a discount of five hundred pounds (£500.00) to your final invoice. However, there will not be any offsetting or rebate, if the machines that we recommend are not purchased from us.  This factor does not preclude any reasonable adjustment and changes to the machines proposed, providing the purchase of the suite is made from us.

 There is, however, no charge for recommendations relating to a particular machines or quotation for machines of a  specific type – e.g. types 1-4 of the telephone scratch card range.

 While we honour our original promise to provide a free consultancy service for card-making machines, there has been an increasing demand for us to provide meeting presentations, feasibility studies, and personnel sourcing. These requirements are an enormous drain on our resources, of which time is a fundamental issue. Consequently, we are forced to impose modest charges for these additional services. The cost of Feasibility Studies depends on client requirement and the size of the project. Timescale and deliverables will be agreed with client, at a pre-feasibility meeting or remote consultation. There will be a charge for face-to-face pre-feasibility meetings but remote pre-feasibility consultation is cost-free. Personnel Sourcing costs relate to a number of variables specific to a project and full costing is provided at the consultancy engagement.

The cost of Meeting Presentations are as follows:

• £1,500.00 + VAT (for up to 3 hours) – To be paid before the meeting;

• £500.00 + VAT for each additional hour, or part thereof, spent in consultation – To be invoiced to client (Client will be discreetly informed when the initial 3 hours is about to expire).

HRODC Ltd supports the commissioning of all machines that are made to order. This is the process whereby the machines are installed in clients' factory and tested in the presence of their engineers. Wolverhampton is a new and vibrant city and centre of commerce, strategically located in the West Midlands, and the Black Country, so named because of its traditional mining and manufacturing base, providing easy access regional and central governments, regional and national sporting, cultural and exposition venues. The Wolverhampton Airport, slated for development, will provide an even faster link to European destinations and the rest of the world than Birmingham International Airport currently affords.  Wolverhampton is only about 30 minutes drive and 25 minutes by train, from Birmingham International Airport. 35 minutes by tram from Birmingham Snow Hill, Wolverhampton is also 15 minutes by train from Birmingham New Street Station.
